The Sportflieger Printing House is a modern printing company with an attached bookbinding department, specializing in the production of high-quality books and magazines. Our customers include renowned national and international publishing houses, magazine publishers, industrial companies, and the cultural landscape of the capital city with its museums, theaters, concert halls, and galleries. We are 120 colleagues at our location in Berlin Johannisthal, who every day bring high-quality printing products to the world with passion. The Sportflieger Printing House is part of the Printfamily, a large printing group in Germany.

We are looking for an Inhouse Recruiter/in (m/w/d). You will take on an internal advisory role and be responsible for steering the entire 360° Talent Acquisition process for selected business areas.

Tasks

• You will take on an internal advisory role and be responsible for steering the entire 360° Talent Acquisition process for selected business areas.
• You will steer all short-term, medium-term, and long-term recruiting and marketing measures in close coordination with management.
• Contact person (m/w/d) for applicants (m/w/d), interested parties, and job boards.
• Initial contact with applicants (m/w/d) as well as coordination of interviews.
• Implementation of a positive applicant experience - from application receipt to onboarding.
