Inhouse Recruiter (m/w/d)

Holz-Richter is one of the leading wood trading companies for high-quality home and garden products. For our successful online shop casando, we are growing further – and so is our team. To win the right people for our open positions, we are looking for you as an Inhouse Recruiter (m/w/d), who shapes the entire recruiting process actively and accompanies our teams in their growth.

Tasks

• You steer the recruiting process – from need identification to contract signing
• You create and optimize job postings in close coordination with the departments
• You identify suitable candidates through Active Sourcing (e.g. LinkedIn, XING etc.)
• You advise our leadership competently on requirement profiles and market conditions
• You ensure a positive candidate experience along the entire process
• You develop our recruiting strategy as well as employer branding measures further
• You analyze relevant recruiting key figures and optimize processes continuously

Qualification

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Psychology, Human Resources or a comparable education
• Experience in recruitment (ideally Inhouse or agency field)
• Experience in Active Sourcing and handling recruiting tools
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Communication skills and advisory competence on eye level with leadership
• Organizational talent and a good sense for people and corporate culture
• Ideal experience in the E-commerce or Tech field
