Tasks

Your tasks:

• Reliable project organization: You will coordinate online marketing campaigns as well as regional print measures and keep track of all deadlines.
• Smooth service provider management: You will be responsible for coordinating with printers, publishers, and agencies, and independently solicit and evaluate offers.
• Targeted branch communication: You will prepare advertising materials and promotional information and ensure the flow of information to the locations.
• Versatile content creation: You will support the design of flyers, posters, and social media content, also using modern AI tools.
• On-site organization: You will accompany photo shoots at the branches with the company pool car and maintain direct exchange with the local teams.
• Sustainable process design: You will create orderly workflows in daily business and gradually lead the marketing organization into a planned future.

Qualifications

What you bring:

• Work experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, as a marketing clerk, project or marketing assistant in an agency or in-house.
• Content & Social Media All-rounder wanted: You are hands-on everywhere – from content planning, copywriting, and AI-supported PR, to photo shoots and image editing, to sales presentations, print ads, and promotional materials.
• Organizational talent: A structured, pragmatic, and independent way of working with a focus on what's essential.
• Strong communication skills: Confident demeanor, assertiveness, and fluent German language skills at native speaker level.
• Hands-on mentality: A proactive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to travel occasionally to regional branches.
