Responsibilities

Your Responsibilities:

• Reliable Project Organization: You will coordinate online marketing campaigns and regional print measures, keeping all deadlines firmly in view
• Smooth Service Provider Management: You will be responsible for coordination with printers, publishers, and agencies, and will independently obtain and evaluate offers
• Targeted Branch Communication: You will prepare advertising materials and campaign information and ensure the flow of information to the locations
• Versatile Content Creation: You will assist in the creation of flyers, posters, and social media content, also utilizing modern AI tools
• On-site Organization: You will accompany photo shoots at the branches with the pool vehicle and maintain direct exchange with the teams on site
• Sustainable Process Design: You will create orderly processes in daily business and gradually lead the marketing organization into a planned future

Qualifications

What You Bring:

• Work Experience: 2 to 3 years of experience in marketing, as a marketing specialist, project manager, or marketing assistant in an agency or inhouse
• Content & Social Media All-Rounder Wanted: You are hands-on everywhere – from content planning, copywriting, and AI-supported PR to photo shoots and image editing, sales presentations, print ads, and promotional materials
• Organizational Talent: A structured, pragmatic, and independent way of working with an eye for the essentials
• Strong Communication Skills: Confident demeanor, assertiveness, and fluent German language skills at native level
• Hands-on Mentality: A proactive approach, flexibility, and willingness to undertake occasional trips to regional branches
• Content & Social Media All-Rounder Wanted: You are hands-on everywhere – from content planning, copywriting, and AI-supported PR to photo shoots at the branches, image editing, and sales presentations
