With us, you don't work with paper, but with intelligent, digital systems. You actively shape our IT landscape and ensure that our firm is always one step ahead technologically. Your future responsibilities include:

• Support, further development, and administration of our IT systems and infrastructure
• Support and advice for our employees on technical questions
• Use of AI tools to optimize IT and support processes
• Setup and maintenance of hardware and software
• Interfaces internally and for client connectivity, especially in the DATEV environment
• Technical support for client connectivity, including onboarding and data exchange
• Participation in the introduction of new digital tools and automation
• IT security, data protection, and system stability
• Analysis and resolution of technical issues (2nd level support)
• Collaboration with service providers, clients, and specialist departments
• Participation in IT projects, from process optimization to system migration

Qualification

What you bring.

• Completed vocational training in the IT sector (e.g., IT Specialist System Integration, System Administrator) or a completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable field of study
• Sound knowledge of Windows systems, networks, server landscapes, and IT security
• Experience with Microsoft environments, especially MS 365
• Ideally, knowledge of DATEV systems – not a must, but a plus
• Structured, solution-oriented, and independent way of working
• Team spirit, sense of responsibility, and a desire for further development
