Aufgaben

Your tasks

• First- and Second-Level-Support for colleagues in Central, branches and field service
• Analyse, prioritization and sustainable resolution of disturbances
• Collaboration with external IT service providers and taking over the interface function
• Setup, configuration and maintenance of PC workstations
• Implementation of system updates, maintenance and smaller rollouts
• Installation, configuration and administration of client hardware and software as well as mobile devices
• User training and creation of understandable documentation
• User and authorization management
• Maintenance of EDI interfaces

Qualifikation

You bring with you

• Completed IT training or comparable practical experience
• Experience in user support and operation of IT infrastructures
• Knowledge in ERP systems, EDI transfers or cash register systems is a plus
• Very good MS-Office skills
• Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
• A calm, reliable demeanor and genuine service understanding
• Team spirit and sense of responsibility
• Very good German and good English
