Your Tasks:

You are responsible for building and maintaining a network of dermatologists in Switzerland, Germany, and Austria.

Your Focus:

• Direct contact with dermatology specialists
• BUILDING RELATIONSHIPS
• Gaining hospital stays at Skinmed
• Building and maintaining a structured database of dermatologists
• Direct contact with dermatology specialists
• Qualifying interest and motivation to change
• Inviting suitable candidates for one-day hospital stays
• Clean documentation of all contacts and conversation results
• Tight cooperation with HR and medical leadership

Your Profile:

• Recruiting / Headhunting / HR or
• A role related to communication, consulting, or sales (welcome to apply if communication & organization are your strengths)
• Very good communicative skills
• Pleasure in high-level professional phone contacts
• Structured and reliable work style
