Your Tasks:

• You take over responsibility for leading and developing multiple software development teams.
• You accompany the integration of teams, systems, and structures and develop a high-performance organization.
• You define the strategic and operational orientation of software development and set clear priorities.
• You develop people, strengthen leadership and create an environment where teams can grow independently and perform.

Qualification

You bring with you:

• You have several years of experience in leading software development teams in a grown environment.
• You bring fundamental experience in change or transformation environments and take responsibility in complex situations.
• You are strong in people management and develop employees as well as structures sustainably further.
• You have a good technical understanding of modern software development and recognize potential from AI in development.
• You possess communication strength at the C-level and the ability to reach and accompany people in dynamic change situations.
