Your Profile

• You are currently studying (e.g., Marketing, Media, Communication, Design, etc.)
• You have a good sense for trends, aesthetics, and social media
• You can take content with your smartphone or camera independently
• Experience with Instagram, TikTok, CapCut, Adobe, Canva, or similar tools
• Creative, reliable, and self-reliant
• Interest in mental health, lifestyle, innovation, or psychedelics is a plus

Tasks

As Inhouse Creator:in / Social Media Manager:in, you are the central part of our marketing team. You produce independent content, develop social media formats further, and help MODERNmind visually and content-wise to take it to the next level.

Qualification

Your Tasks

• Creation of short-form content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) for Instagram, TikTok & Co.
• Planning, maintenance, and publication of social media posts
• Development of content ideas, hooks, and storylines
• Support in campaigns, launches, and actions
• Community interaction (comments, DMs, feedback)
• Analysis of performance and trends on social media
