Inhouse Consultant SAP SuccessFactors (m/w/d)

You would like to pragmatically further develop the HR system landscape with SAP SuccessFactors and act as an interface between HR, IT, and service providers? Then this in-house role offers design freedom in operation and projects.

Our client is an internationally active industrial company that continuously builds its HR application landscape – with a focus on stable services and practical solutions.

Your Tasks

• Responsibility for the stable operation and further development of the HR system landscape with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors
• Care and expansion of SuccessFactors modules (e.g. Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning)
• Absorption, evaluation, and translation of HR requirements into solution concepts as well as accompaniment of implementation
• (Part-) project leadership in SuccessFactors topics and close cooperation with HR, IT, and external partners
• Guidance of service providers and ensuring the handover to operation and support (including training)

Your Qualifications

• Degree (e.g. business administration/information technology) or comparable qualification
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, ideally in one or more modules (e.g. EC, Recruiting, Learning, Performance & Goals)
• Understanding of cloud-based HR processes and interfaces to SAP HCM or third-party systems
• Practical experience in configuration/customizing (directly or through partners) as well as structured, solution-oriented working methods
• Very good German and English skills (C1).
