Aufgaben

• Kommunikator & Koordinator

You are the central point of contact for our customers and ensure a smooth exchange – always solution-oriented and in close contact with our

Development team and consultants.

• Anfragen-Jongleur

You keep track of customer inquiries, coordinate them sovereignly, and ensure that everything runs smoothly.

• Taskmaster

You take responsibility for change and release management, accompany rollouts, and professionally manage testing.

• Workshops & Wissenstransfer

You bring your knowledge into workshops and ensure with clear, understandable documentation that everyone in the team is on the same level.

• Qualitätswächter

You support error analysis, ensure compliance with standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of our services.

Qualifikation

• You have a desire to get involved in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and continuously expand your knowledge.

• AI is not a foreign word for you – you have first experience with KI tools and want to further develop this knowledge.

• First experience in the ERP environment is a plus, but not a must – what's important is your motivation and willingness to learn.

• You feel at home at the interface between IT and business and want to design smart solutions for our customers.

• Communication runs through your veins: Whether written or spoken – you bring topics to the point. English? No problem for you.
