Inhouse Berater Microsoft 365 (w/m/d)

An established service provider from the healthcare sector is looking for an Inhouse Berater M365 (w/m/d) to further develop their Microsoft-365 landscape. The ideal candidate will combine technical expertise with advisory strength and serve as a interface between IT, departments, and other stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Ensure the stable, secure, and trouble-free operation of Microsoft-365 services
• Ongoing development of the M365 platform, taking into account adjacent technologies: specifically Microsoft Teams, Entra ID, Exchange Online, as well as hybrid operating models
• Coordination of technical, organizational, and security-related requirements around the M365 service
• Closely collaborate with internal departments and IT stakeholders
• Steer external service providers and align interfaces
• Responsibility for governance, lifecycle, compliance, and user adoption topics
• Techical guidance of operational tasks for a team of four people (without disciplinary leadership responsibility)

Qualifikation

• Completed studies with an IT focus, an IT-related training or comparable practical work experience
• Multiple years of experience in the corporate environment with Microsoft 365, both in operational use and in developing the platform
• Knowledge of the ITIL framework as well as experience with project management methods and agile working practices
• Process-oriented thinking and ability to set priorities structuredly
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Team-oriented, solution-oriented work style with high self-responsibility
• Outstanding service orientation and organizational strength
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking (at least C1)
