Engineer/Technician Technical Department

We are expanding our team and are looking for a dedicated and organized Automotive Engineer to manage and optimize the fleet.

Responsibilities:

Monitoring the technical condition of the fleet (tractor units and trailers)

Planning and tracking maintenance and repair works

Collaboration with service centers and suppliers

Verification of technical documentation (MOT, tachograph, insurance, etc.)

Identification and prevention of technical problems

Optimization of maintenance costs

Monitoring fuel consumption at fleet level

Analysis of consumption per driver and vehicle

Direct discussions with drivers for correction and optimization of driving style

Support for drivers in resolving technical issues

Requirements:

Higher technical education (Automotive/Mechanical Engineering)

Experience in the field (road transport advantage)

Solid technical knowledge (trucks, trailers, systems)

Good organizational and communication skills

Analytical thinking and responsibility

Knowledge of English - written and spoken

PC operating skills (Excel, fleet management systems – advantage)

Possession of a driving license category B (category C+E is an advantage)
