Quality Assurance Engineer/Designer

Responsibilities:

• Designing (writing procedures, defining processes, writing rules, etc.), implementing and continuously improving the organizational system and the quality and environment management system of TMB;
  
  Controlling and evaluating the conformity of the quality and environment management system to the requirements of:
  - reference standards for the quality and environment management system;
  - specific customer requirements (customer specifications for the quality and environment management system of suppliers);
  - certification or regulatory organizations in the field;
  
  Guiding and providing support to regulation issuers.
  Training employees on new and advanced regulations.
  
  Reporting to TMB management on the implementation status and performance of the organizational system and the quality management and environment management system.

• Requirements:

· University Technical Studies: Faculty of TCM (IMST) or Aircraft Engineering

· Certifications: ISO 9001(AS/EN 9100), ISO 14001; ISO 19011; Part 21; Part 145

· Experience as Quality System Designer/Quality Assurance

· English – advanced level

· Microsoft Office and other process design software

· SAP knowledge represents an advantage

· Excellent skills in: communication and relationship building (clear and precise expression in Romanian and English), organization, meticulousness, perseverance, attention to detail;
