ENGINEER – WORK SUPERVISOR

PET COMMUNICATIONS SRL is expanding its team and is looking for Engineers – Work Supervisors for the organization, coordination, and monitoring of works carried out within the company's projects in the energy sector.

We are looking for individuals with technical training, organizational and coordination capabilities, and availability for activity at the company's construction sites and work points.

Requirements

• Higher technical studies completed with a Bachelor's degree, in the field of electrical, electrotechnical, power electrical, energy engineering, or a relevant technical field for the activity performed;
• Relevant experience in the energy/power electrical field and in executing or coordinating works – an advantage;
• Ability to read, analyze, and follow technical documentation;
• Ability to organize, plan, and coordinate works and personnel;
• Ability to analyze and solve problems arising during execution;
• Communication and collaboration skills;
• Ability to manage resources allocated to works;
• PC operating knowledge and use of electronic documents;
• Availability for travel to the company's construction sites and work points;
• Category B driving license;
• Responsibility, initiative, and ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Organizes, coordinates, and monitors the execution of works for which they are designated responsible;
• Analyzes technical documentation and monitors its compliance during execution;
• Monitors execution schedules, work progress, and adherence to established deadlines;
• Coordinates personnel and teams assigned to works under their responsibility;
• Monitors the needs and efficient use of personnel, materials, machinery, and equipment allocated;
• Monitors compliance with quality requirements and identifies potential non-conformities arising during execution;
• Prepares and/or verifies documents related to work execution, according to duties and competencies;
• Monitors the necessary documentation for work acceptance and participates in verification and acceptance activities;
• Promptly informs the hierarchical superior about work progress, delays, non-conformities, and problems encountered;
• Participates in work meetings related to works under their responsibility;
• Collaborates with company structures involved in the preparation and execution of works and, within the scope of the granted mandate, maintains necessary operational relationships with clients, designers, suppliers, and subcontractors.
