Construction Engineers - (Industrial Construction)

Job requirements:

• Specialized studies in the field of construction – graduate of the University of Construction;
• Consistent experience in similar positions and within large construction sites/projects;
• Solid technical knowledge;
• Experience in coordinating and controlling construction site teams, accounting;
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal relationship skills;
• Knowledge of operating project management programs, MS Office, E-mail;
• Advanced level English – written and spoken;
• Driving license category B.

Job description:

-          overseeing the stages of work according to the schedule established;

-          preparing and verifying the necessary materials, equipment, and human resources, based on the organized execution plan;

-          preparing and verifying measurements in the construction site, necessary for subcontractor accounting;

-          organizing/participating in internal weekly meetings regarding the organization of work stages;

-          managing and controlling worker teams on the construction site;

-          Verifying and analyzing the technical project, proposing new solutions for optimizing the project;

-          Verifying and validating technical solutions and proposed materials for implementation;
