🎯 Your Role
Your main role is to understand the technical needs of our clients and offer corresponding products in function of what we commercialize or can procure, ensuring a consultative sales experience.
Your role involves both a consulting component (direct sales, technical support, and offering) and an operational component (preparing orders and managing the sales space).

📋 Key Responsibilities

• Tech Support: Providing specialized technical consultation to clients (phone or in-person at our office) to help them choose suitable products.
• Offering: Preparing and presenting technical-commercial offers, both for in-stock products and special-order products.
• Order Preparation: Taking, processing, and physically preparing orders from clients for delivery or pickup.
• Merchandising (Raft Management): Ensuring the proper arrangement of products on the sales floor, correct labeling, and maintaining a commercial appearance at the work point.
• Client Relationship: Maintaining and developing relationships with our existing client portfolio.
• Collaboration: Working closely with procurement and logistics departments to ensure product availability and respect deadlines for delivery.

Essential Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree completed.
• Excellent communication and relationship skills.
• Capacity to understand and explain technical specifications.
• A dynamic, responsible person attentive to details (for preparing orders and arranging the sales floor).
• Oriented towards clients and finding solutions.
• Good knowledge of PC operation.

This represents an advantage:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field (Electric, Electrotehnic, Energetic or similar).
• Prior experience in sales, especially on a similar market (electrical materials, industrial equipment).
