• Main Responsibilities:
• • Development and implementation of efficient technological processes for the production of alcoholic beverages and wines;
  • Ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards;
  • Close collaboration with the production team to optimize existing processes;
  • Identification and implementation of innovative solutions to improve production and finished products.

Requirements:

• University degree in Food Engineering, Chemistry, or related fields;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in food production;
• Experience in the production of alcoholic beverages and wines is an advantage;
• Solid knowledge of specific legislation in the field of alcoholic beverage production;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Ability to solve problems quickly and efficiently.
• Driver's license category B
• The workplace is located in Probota, Iasi county
