Ideal Candidate
Multinational company, we are looking for a colleague who has technical skills and who can get us out of trouble when things get complicated. They must be adaptable, dedicated, and definitely passionate. The ideal colleague has built at least one gadget on their own and before taking their home appliances for repair, they first try to fix them themselves (success is not mandatory). If they also have knowledge in the medical field, they become even more attractive (we are a company in the field of laboratory medical equipment). English is necessary, because generally our partners do not learn Romanian and edit their manuals in English. The ideal colleague must like to travel, either in the country or abroad. We prefer candidates who are capable of parallel parking in a maximum of 5 moves. There are 4 positions available:
1. Transylvania Area - office located in Cluj
2. Banat Area - office located in Timisoara
3. Moldova Area - office located in Iasi
4. Bucharest

Job Description
The position is for a service engineer for medical equipment and reports to the Service Manager.
The responsibilities of the position are:
1. creating and maintaining good relationships with our clients and beyond.
2. repairing and maintaining the medical equipment commercialized by the company.
3. participating in training courses at the manufacturers and implementing the acquired knowledge.
4. concluding and fulfilling service contracts with private or state clients in the laboratory field.
5. reporting all service actions and preparing reports for clients.
6. continuously improving in the area of interest to stay up-to-date with the latest data in the field.
7. participating with the sales support team in preparing documentation for public tenders.
