Service Engineer/ Technician

A multinational company is looking for a colleague or team member who has technical abilities and can help us get out of trouble when things become complicated. It's necessary to be adaptable, dedicated, and passionate. The ideal candidate has made at least one gadget on their own and before taking their appliances to repair, they try to fix them on their own (success is not mandatory). If they have knowledge in the medical field, it becomes even more attractive (we are a company in the laboratory equipment medical domain). English is necessary because our partners generally do not learn Romanian and edit their manuals in English. The ideal candidate must enjoy traveling both domestically and internationally. We prefer candidates who can park laterally within a maximum of 5 movements. We have 2 available positions: 1 for the Transylvania-Banat region, with the office being in Cluj, and 1 position for Bucharest and surroundings.

The position is an engineer service for medical equipment and reports to the Service Manager.
Job responsibilities are:
1. creating and maintaining good relationships with our clients and not just them.
2. repairing and maintaining medical equipment commercialized by the company.
3. participating in training courses at manufacturers and applying the knowledge gained.
4. concluding and fulfilling service contracts with private or state clients from the laboratory domain.
5. reporting all service actions and preparing reports for clients.
6. self-perfecting daily in areas of interest to stay up-to-date with the latest developments in the field.
7. participating together with the sales support team in preparing documentation for public tenders.
