Technical Support & Service Engineer

Prohuman is recruiting a Technical Support & Service Engineer for a project in the field of photovoltaic systems. We are looking for a person with technical training in the electrical field, oriented towards identifying and solving problems, and interested in modern energy production and storage solutions.

• Monitoring photovoltaic systems via Huawei FusionSolar and analyzing technical alerts;
• Identifying and resolving technical problems, including through remote support;
• Coordinating service team interventions when on-site travel is necessary;
• Providing technical support to clients, installation, and service teams;
• Assisting in the configuration and commissioning of inverters, batteries, and other equipment;
• Participating in the diagnosis and resolution of problems encountered in the field;
• Collaborating with the sales team on the technical aspects of projects;
• Analyzing existing installations and identifying solutions for expansion or modernization, such as batteries, SmartGuard, additional panels, or EV chargers;
• Performing technical checks and analyses before installation;
• Planning maintenance activities and ensuring adherence to work procedures.

• University degree in Electrical, Electrical Engineering, Energy, or Automation fields;
• Good knowledge of electrical engineering and low-voltage electrical installations;
• Analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills for technical issues;
• Experience in photovoltaics, service, maintenance, or commissioning is an advantage;
• Experience with Huawei FusionSolar, inverters, and storage systems is a plus;
• English language – good level;
• Communication and client-orientation skills;
• Category B driver's license and availability for occasional travel.
