Job Description

TECHNICAL AND COMMERCIAL SUPPORT ENGINEER for apparatus and equipment for low-voltage electrical installations, structured cabling, cables and conductors, lighting fixtures

• Providing professional technical solutions in the field of electrical installations, automation, lighting, and structured cabling.
• Developing relationships with existing clients;
• Preparing technical and commercial offers in accordance with client requests.
• Finding new clients in the area of responsibility.
• Daily meetings and phone calls with clients in the area of responsibility;
• Operatively resolving requests from clients and colleagues;
• Providing technical consultancy to all clients in its area;
• Constant focus on client satisfaction;
• Ensuring the written entry of goods into inventory management,
• Logistics activities, maintaining relations with transporters and couriers.

Requirements

• Higher education in electrical engineering, energy, or automation,
• PC operation skills (WORD, EXCEL, POWER POINT),
• Knowledge of German or English,
• General technical knowledge of electrical engineering,
• Experience in the sales of electrical apparatus, equipment, and installations,
• Good reading and interpretation of electrical diagrams and symbols.
• Good knowledge of the market: competitors, prices, clients, etc.
• Possession of a B driving license,
• Entrepreneurial spirit, persistent, pro-active, honest,
• Availability for travel.
