Specialist CNC Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensuring technical support for mechanical and CNC machining activities;

• Developing, verifying, and optimizing technological processes for machining parts on CNC machines;

• Programming, setting, and optimizing working parameters for CNC lathes and milling machines;

• Analyzing technical drawings and documentation related to manufacturing processes;

• Identifying and resolving technical problems that arise during the machining process;

• Monitoring and improving machining parameters to increase productivity and reduce waste;

• Supporting CNC operators in identifying and resolving technical issues;

• Optimizing machining times and technological flows;

• Participating in the manufacturing introduction of new parts and in establishing technological machining solutions;

• Identifying and implementing solutions to improve mechanical machining processes;

• Collaborating with Production, Quality, Maintenance, Planning, and Engineering/Technical departments;

• Participating in continuous improvement projects and standardization of CNC processes;

•

Monitoring compliance with quality standards, technological parameters, and internal procedures;

• Contributing to increasing machine efficiency and reducing rejects and non-productive times.

Requirements

• Higher technical education, preferably in Mechanical Engineering, Machine Building Technology, Mechatronics, or similar fields;

• Relevant experience in CNC mechanical machining and/or production;

Good knowledge of cutting machining processes and CNC technologies;

• Programming and setting knowledge for CNC lathes and milling machines;

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and technological documentation;

• Knowledge of cutting tools and selection of machining parameters;

• Ability to analyze and solve technical problems;

• Results-oriented, quality-focused, and committed to continuous improvement;

• Organizational and prioritization skills;

• Good communication and collaboration skills;

• PC and MS Office proficiency;

• Knowledge of English is an advantage.
