Software Lead | Hybrid C++ & Python

• Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or related fields or equivalent professional experience;
• 8+ years of relevant experience in software development;
• Advanced knowledge of C++ for Linux systems, including system-level development;
• Solid experience in using Linux as a development platform, with good understanding of internal concepts (processes, threads, memory management, IPC, interactions with the kernel);
• Experience in designing, developing, maintaining, and optimizing complex software packages;
• Advanced knowledge of Python;
• Experience working within Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), active participation in Agile ceremonies, and collaboration in cross-functional teams;
• Very good level of English; German language is an advantage;

• Developing and implementing software for Reverse Vending Machine (RVM) systems for all company products.
• Developing new functionalities for existing product lines.
• Solving problems related to database functionality in RVM systems.
• Collaborating with senior engineers to ensure architectural continuity during development.
• Providing mentorship to other engineers to respect standards and established architectural direction.
• Contributing to defining software requirements and system operation mode.
• Continuously improving architecture, tools, and development processes.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams for:
• Facilitating functional requirement definition and system testing.
• Ensuring correct validation of functionalities.
• Providing level 3 (third-tier) technical support for on-site problems.
