System Engineer

-Higher education in IT;
-Minimum 1 year experience in IT Hardware, IT Software ;
-Medium-level knowledge of English language;
-Solid knowledge of networking, operating a PC (operating system Windows, MS Office, internet navigation)
-Having an advantage: knowledge of LINUX, PHP, JAVA, SQL;
-Good organizational skills, planning, communication, attention to detail, and teamwork.

-Installing and maintaining software on computers in the network according to licensing contracts;
-Ensuring the security of the administered network, preventing and resolving situations where computers in the network are infected with viruses;
-Allocating IP addresses for each employee of the company, ensuring access to folders on the File Server corresponding to the department/service/office/bureau where employees are assigned and blocking access to workstations for people who do not have certain rights;
-Configuring, maintaining, and ensuring periodic verification of computers and all IT equipment in the company's inventory;
-Maintaining, administering, and ensuring the security of the network within the company and connecting devices;
-Installing acquired software and providing assistance to employees on how to use it;
-Installing periphery devices specific to the network, in collaboration with suppliers: scanners, printers, etc.;
-Providing assistance to employees on how to use software and IT equipment, preparing and installing equipment, resolving issues related to IT activity, both for local applications and those specific to internet services;
-Ensuring the solution of complaints and reports received regarding the good functioning of IT activities, analyzing and verifying the situation and proposing measures to resolve in accordance with competencies that fall within one's scope;
-Ensuring software assistance for existing or newly acquired applications, within one's competence;
