SERVICE ENGINEER
Job description
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
* Engineer located in Bucharest / Ilfov;
* Experience in medical equipment service - minimum 3 years;
* Experience in laboratory equipment service is an advantage;
* Graduate of higher technical studies - mandatory;
* Very good communication skills, customer orientation;
* Organized personality, analytical thinking, capable of managing crisis situations and meeting deadlines;
* Motivated and goal-oriented, dynamic, initiative spirit;
* Availability for domestic and international travel;
* Availability for extended working hours;
* PC operating skills;
* Driving license category B;
* Advanced English language skills - mandatory.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND BENEFITS
* Performs the commissioning of the commercialized analyzers;
* Performs interventions - repairs and maintenance for the commercialized analyzers;
* Ensures the training of operators in performing analyzer maintenance;
* Prepares service reports and, where applicable, installation minutes;
* In relations with other departments within the company, provides consultancy according to the specifics of the service department;
* Participates and/or organizes training and development courses specific to the activity carried out by the service department;
* Continuous improvement of professional and specialized training;
* Constantly adopts a behavior that promotes the image and interests of the company;
* Coverage area: Bucharest, Ilfov
