Ingenier Service - Iasi

The purpose of this position is to ensure the execution of service interventions for technical hardware and software solutions from the company's portfolio, on the implementation flow of projects in progress, as well as on the post-implementation support flow of these projects.

Responsibilities:

• Carries out installation/configuration/testing/implementation activities on-site for technical hardware and software solutions
• Carries out post-implementation support activities on-site or remotely for technical hardware and software solutions implemented at the company's clients
• Carries out documentation/procedure activities for technical hardware and software solutions implemented or in the process of implementation at the company's clients, in various project phases
• Carries out training activities for technical hardware and software solutions that are being implemented at the company's clients
• Establishes relationships with the company's clients from a technical, support, and consulting perspective

Requirements:

• Excellent electronic and mechanical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Technical Sciences: Electronics, Electrotechnics, Mechanical Engineering - constitutes an advantage
  Frequent travel availability
• Experience in technical support activities, hardware/software service activities associated with the IT domain
  Experience in servicing fiscal equipment, labeling, weighing, measuring, and packaging presents an advantage
  Middle-level English language proficiency
  Category B driving license
