Our company is looking for a dedicated and passionate Banking Equipment/POS Service Engineer/Technician for the Constanta area, passionate about technology, with excellent troubleshooting and repair skills.

Responsibilities:

Installation, configuration, and maintenance of banking equipment/POS according to company standards;
Efficient diagnosis and repair of technical malfunctions;
Performing functional tests and ensuring the quality of services provided;
Interacting with clients to provide technical support and customized solutions;
Preparing intervention reports and necessary technical documentation.

Requirements:

High school diploma or higher education degree in a technical field;
Previous experience in banking equipment service or similar fields;
Solid knowledge of electronics, mechanics, and software;
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills;
Category B driver's license.
