• Design and development of innovative products in accordance with customer requirements and quality standards
• Close collaboration with the production team to ensure efficient implementation of projects
• Testing and evaluation of prototypes to identify and rectify any issues
• Optimization of production processes to ensure efficiency and quality of finished products
• Participation in brainstorming sessions and contribution of innovative ideas for improving existing products or developing new products

Requirements:

• Higher education in engineering, specializing in industrial design or related fields
• Previous experience in furniture design or other wood products is an advantage
• Solid knowledge of computer-aided design (CAD) and other specific software
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
