Structural Engineer

Job Description: We are looking for a talented and experienced Structural Engineer who will join our team. The ideal person will have a passion for designing and implementing durable structures and will contribute to the development of impact projects in the field of construction and urban space planning. Research, innovation, and implementation are essential.

Responsibilities:

• Designing and calculating structural resistance for buildings and urban infrastructure, phases: SF, DALI, DTAC, PT, DDE;
• Drafting written parts within a project (technical report, tender documents, site instructions etc.);
• Preparing quantity lists;
• Evaluating and optimizing structural solutions to ensure efficiency and safety of constructions;
• Documenting permanent innovation in design as both process and technical solutions;
• Collaborating with the architecture, engineering, urban planning, and landscaping teams for integrating technical solutions;
• Supervising construction execution to ensure compliance with technical projects and current regulations;
• Participating in coordination meetings and efficient communication with all stakeholders involved in the project both within the office and on-site.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Civil Engineering;
• Minimum 5 years of experience in designing structures for buildings and urban spaces;
• Advanced knowledge of software usage (e.g. AutoCAD, Revit, Allplan, ETABS);
• Solid understanding of construction regulations and standards;
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills;
• Attention to detail and analytical abilities;
• Proactivity;
• Identifying solutions in any context.
