Responsibilities:

• Studies and understands the project scope to ensure the best approach for the assigned project;
• Participates in collecting and processing data related to project execution;
• Discusses and applies technical solutions based on input data from project requirements;
• Elaborates concept/design/assembly drawings (concrete and metal structures)/detail drawings;
• Elaborates execution drawings for concrete, metal structures;
• Elaborates material extracts and quantity lists of works;
• Calculates for structural resistance conformity;
• Writes technical reports, specifications, and calculation notes;
• Is responsible for ensuring project design quality and task duration;
• Is responsible for conformity with design criteria, norms, and procedures, including the use of typical solutions from previous projects;
• Participates in technical assistance/supervision at the manufacturer's workshop/site;
• Uses tools and procedures for continuous process improvement;
• Organizes and coordinates activity, participating alongside the designated team to achieve project milestones (DALI, SF, DTAC, PTh, DE);
• Plans and evaluates correct time needed for each phase of design, in the most efficient manner;
• Participates actively with the certified technical expert in elaborating seismic evaluation reports (expertise);
• Stays up-to-date with new developments in the specific field of activity.

Requirements:

✓ You are a graduate of higher studies (CCIA License)

✓ You have 2-5 years of experience in design;

✓ You are an organized, responsible, correct, ambitious, and team-oriented person with initiative and desire for self-improvement;

✓ You have good knowledge of operating a PC;

✓ English language (spoken and written);

✓ You are an oriented person towards results and quality, respecting established deadlines, with good communication skills;

✓ You know how to work in the 3D Allplan Nemetschek/Etabs program.
