Responsibilities:

• Development of technical projects for plumbing and HVAC installations according to the specific requirements of each project.
• Close collaboration with the design team and clients to ensure the correct implementation of proposed solutions.
• Creation of calculation notes, plans, and technical documentation necessary for project execution.
• Supervision of construction work on-site to ensure compliance with the technical execution project.
• Efficient identification and resolution of technical problems throughout the projects.
• Sizing of fire safety installations - internal and external hydrants, pumping units, sprinkler systems.
• Calculation notes for smoke extraction and hot gas evacuation systems.

Requirements:

• Higher education in the field of installation engineering.
• Relevant previous experience in designing installations for civil and/or industrial constructions, minimum 10 years.
• Solid knowledge of legislation and technical standards in the field.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.
