Electrical, Mechanical Installations Design Engineer

Ideal Candidate:

• Graduate of the Technical University of Construction - Faculty of Installations Engineering / Polytechnic University or a faculty with a relevant technical profile
• Minimum 3 years of experience in designing HVAC, mechanical, and/or industrial installations
• Experience in designing air conditioning, ventilation, cooling, and heat transfer fluid distribution systems
• Experience in industrial projects, technical buildings, or complex infrastructures
• Knowledge of equipment and systems such as chillers, heat pumps, air handling units, ventilation systems, pumps, heat exchangers, and hydraulic networks
• Knowledge of installation sizing and performing specific technical calculations
• Knowledge of applicable HVAC and mechanical installation regulations and standards
• Good knowledge of English
• Advanced AutoCAD 2D skills; experience in Revit is an advantage
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and integrate HVAC solutions with electrical, automation, and other specific technical systems for data centers

Job Description:

• Designing HVAC and mechanical installations in AutoCAD 2D for industrial projects, critical infrastructures, and Data Centers
• Designing air conditioning, ventilation, cooling, and heat transfer fluid distribution systems
• Sizing installations and equipment and performing specific technical calculations
• Preparing technical design documentation for all project phases
• Participating in the development of integrated technical solutions within multidisciplinary projects
• Analyzing project requirements and identifying optimal technical solutions in terms of performance, energy efficiency, and reliability
• Selecting and sizing HVAC and mechanical equipment according to specific project requirements
• Participating in the preparation of technical and economic offers
• Participating in site visits and technical meetings with clients, when necessary
• Collaborating with manufacturers and suppliers to identify and select suitable equipment
• Technically validating equipment and materials used in allocated projects
• Collaborating with electrical, automation, project management, and execution design teams for correct integration of technical solutions
• Providing technical support to execution teams during project implementation
