We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Road Design Engineer to join our team. If you have experience in the design and planning of road networks, this position might be for you.

TIME PROJECT SRL, a company active in the field of design and engineering – CAEN 7112, is expanding its team and is looking for an experienced Design Engineer, capable of managing and developing technical documentation for public and private investments.

🔹 Position: Design Engineer
🔹 Field: construction design / infrastructure / public investments

Main Responsibilities:
• development and coordination of techno-economic documentation in different design phases;
• preparation of documentation for Feasibility Study – F.S.;
• preparation of documentation for D.A.L.I. – Documentation for Approval of Intervention Works;
• development of the Technical Project and Execution Details – T.P. + E.D.;
• development of documentation for D.T.A.C. – Technical Documentation for Authorization of Construction Works;
• preparation of the necessary documentation for obtaining the Urban Planning Certificate and the permits/approvals requested through it;
• preparation of technical reports, written parts, and drawn parts;
• coordination of architecture, structure, installations, and specialty documentation, as applicable;
• verification of project compliance with current technical norms and legislation;
• preparation of quantity lists and collaboration with the costing department;
• participation in the development of technical solutions and their optimization from a technical and economic perspective;
• collaboration with project verifiers, technical experts, surveyors, geotechnicians, and specialty designers;
• responding to requests for clarifications and additions from beneficiaries, authorities, or approving institutions;
• providing technical assistance from the designer during the execution of works;
• preparation, as applicable, of site observation notes, site orders, and technical documents necessary during execution.

Ideal Candidate:
• graduate of higher technical studies in construction or engineering;
• practical experience in design and development of F.S., D.A.L.I., D.T.A.C., and T.P. documentation;
• ability to manage a project from concept to execution phase;
• knowledge of the legislation and technical regulations applicable in the construction field;
• good knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office; Microsoft Excel; Civil 3D; e-devize;
• technical analysis capability and identification of optimal solutions;
• attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;
• ability to meet delivery deadlines;
• seriousness, responsibility, and ability to work both individually and in a team.

Advantageous:
• experience in designing investment objectives financed by public funds;
• experience in projects for town halls, local councils, and other public institutions;
• knowledge of costing programs and how to prepare quantity lists;
• experience in dealing with approving authorities and project verifiers;
• category B driving license.
