Civil Construction Design Engineer

CIVIL CONSTRUCTION DESIGN ENGINEER POSITION

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduate of higher education, Faculty of Civil Constructions;
• Minimum 3 years of experience in civil construction design / consultancy;
• Solid theoretical knowledge;
• Fundamental knowledge in construction design activities;
• Creativity and perseverance;
• Organizational and project coordination skills and experience working in a team;
• Verbal and written communication skills;
• Skills in decision-making, and in executing project modifications when necessary;
• Attention to detail;
• Skill and tact in relationships with colleagues, contractors, and clients;
• Ability to work both individually and in a team during project development phases;
• Ability to work with deadlines;
• Skill in preparing concise and accurate analyses, reports, proposals, and correspondence;

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Knowledge of using Cad or Allplan software;
• Preparation of project concepts, written and drawn parts for projects;
• Preparation of solution and feasibility studies;
• Preparation of technical design documents (DTAC, PTh, CS, DE), both written and drawn parts;
• Preparation of technical documentation for obtaining approvals, agreements, and all construction permits;
• Carrying out preliminary measurements/lists of work quantities;
• Availability for site visits to gather information necessary for project execution and participation in key stages;
