About the role

We are looking for a new colleague to occupy the position of Design Engineer, who will contribute with their experience to the development and optimization of technical solutions for our products and manufacturing processes.

What you will do:

• You will design and develop technical solutions for wiring harnesses and related components;
• You will create and update technical drawings, documentation, and product specifications;
• You will analyze the technical requirements of projects and propose feasible solutions for production;
• You will collaborate with the Production, Quality, and Logistics departments for the implementation and improvement of products;
• You will participate in the development and industrialization of new products;
• You will identify and propose solutions for process optimization and cost reduction;
• You will track project changes and their impact on production;
• You will participate in the analysis and resolution of technical problems encountered in the manufacturing process;
• You will ensure compliance with the standards and technical requirements applicable to the automotive industry.

Candidate Profile:

• Completed higher education in the field of Engineering, Mechanics, Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or similar fields;
• Experience in design/industrialization, preferably in the automotive or production industry, is an advantage;
• Knowledge of technical drawing and the ability to interpret technical documentation;
• Experience with CAD software is an advantage;
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel;
• Analytical skills, attention to detail, and solution orientation;
• Good communication and collaboration skills;
• Organized, responsible, and results-oriented individual;
• English language – conversational/technical level.
