Production Engineer (Manufacturing Technologies)

Our company is expanding its team and is looking for a Production Engineer with experience in manufacturing technologies, focused on process optimization and the development of efficient technical solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

- Development and optimization of manufacturing technologies for mechanical components and assemblies

- Analysis of technical documentation and definition of the optimal technological flow

- Collaboration with production, purchasing, and quality departments for process implementation and improvement

- Monitoring of process performance and proposing solutions for increasing efficiency

- Participation in the introduction of new products into manufacturing and validation of related processes

Requirements:

- Higher education in a technical field (Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields)

- Experience in production and manufacturing technologies (mechanical processing, welding, assembly, etc.)

- Solid knowledge of interpreting technical drawings and tolerances

- Good analytical, organizational, and communication skills

- CAD operation knowledge; experience in Autodesk Inventor is an advantage

- Basic skills in Microsoft Excel (tables, basic formulas, data organization)
