PRODUCTION ENGINEER

Introduction

Solers is a multinational company specializing in wiring harness installations for medical, robotics, and other industrial applications, with factories in the USA, Romania, Israel, and China.

Given the rapid development of our factory in Romania (+200 people in the team), we are looking for engineers for the production, design department.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and coordinating production processes;
• Optimization of technological flows and processes;
• Collaboration with the Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Planning departments;
• Analyzing performance indicators and proposing measures for their improvement;
• Participation in the implementation of continuous improvement projects;
• Compliance with and promotion of quality, health, and safety at work standards.

Requirements

• Higher technical education, preferably in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, or similar;
• Experience in a production environment is an advantage;
• Ability to analyze and solve problems;
• Good organizational and prioritization skills;
• Team spirit and good communication skills;
• Knowledge of English is an advantage;
• MS Office knowledge, especially Excel.
