Product Industry Food Engineer

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Conducting qualitative and quantitative reception of raw materials and materials, monitoring technological parameters in the production flow;

* Responsible for product quality, meeting specific consumption requirements for raw materials, ingredients, and packaging;

* Ensuring, following up, and verifying daily production to meet orders;

* Coordinating and training personnel in production sections regarding respect for quality standards and hygiene;

* Preparing production reports and completing monitoring forms according to system requirements;

REQUIREMENTS:

• Superior studies in specialty - graduate of the Faculty of Food Industry
• Capacity for analysis, planning, organization, and administration of own activities and team, ability to make quick and efficient decisions;
• Communication skills, teamwork spirit, sociable person, resistant to work under pressure and in intense rhythm.

Advantage:

* Professional experience in milk technology and team coordination;

* Experience working with industrial automated equipment;

* Knowledge of the SAGA program, computer operation skills (Excel, Word);

* Knowledge of quality standards HACCP, ISO, FSSC, IFS Food.
