You will have important roles each with a set of clear and measurable responsibilities:

Role Product Engineer Workshop Welding/Debiting

• Monitors daily production planning in the assembly and mechanical processing workshops, ensuring all necessary materials for personnel continuity for at least 3 working days.
• Prints execution documentation according to planning and submits it to the workshop chief one day before the start of execution.
• Ensures material release planning so that at least 80% of the necessary materials for a week's work are released before the respective week begins.
• Realizes consumption vouchers in the inventory program within 4 hours of informing project managers or production leaders. Informs the direct supervisor when unable to process all consumption vouchers on the same day.
• Schedules daily semifabricate processing and debiting according to planning from the assembly and mechanical processing workshops.
• Notifies immediately by email Project Manager, Workshop Chief, and Supply Department whenever there are stock errors;
• In case of rejected parts verifies inventory for replacement on the same day it was detected, if inventory is 0, orders the part or material and follows up on procurement.
• Ensures with workshop chiefs that at shift change 2 or overtime, production personnel have all necessary references for smooth work execution, respecting production planning;
• Realizes purchase requests upon request from workshop chiefs.
