Job description
PSG is hiring a Landscape Engineer with real experience in landscape design and urban/parc planning, who will be the technical filter for projects and support the bidding team through solutions, verifications, and standardization, plus clear reports to management.
The purpose of this role
We are looking for a professional who will be the technical filter of the company: validates solutions, imposes standards, verifies execution, and maintains quality, cost, and feasibility. A role of control and coordination with real authority, to raise the technical level and discipline of execution.
Main responsibilities
- Technical filter & decision: validate technical solutions before bidding and before execution (methods, details, materials, sequences)
- Standardization: set and implement technical standards (detail types, procedures, check-lists, QA/QC, receptions)
- Techincal coordination: coordinate technicians on the technical side and ensure consistency between project – bidding – execution
- Execution control: follow up on the quality of works in the field and impose corrections; prevent
