ELDRIVE develops a network of charging stations in main cities, highways, and national roads in Bulgaria, Romania, and Lithuania. Our intelligent platform connects and manages all key players in the electric vehicle ecosystem and offers services for the entire business.

We are looking for a Bid Engineer/Licitation who will join our team, support preparation and submission of technical and financial bids and participate in licitations for public and private projects.

Main responsibilities:

• Preliminary preparation of complete bids (eligibility, technical, and financial) according to tender specifications.
• Monitoring public and private tenders published on procurement platforms.
• Evaluation of bidding opportunities and offering recommendations regarding feasibility participation.
• Tight collaboration with sales and technical teams to identify and evaluate opportunities.
• Analysis of tender documentation and requesting clarifications, if necessary.
• Preliminary preparation of estimates and cost calculations using specialized software.
• Verification of prices and preparing bids for assigned domains and thirds.
• Submission of bids through procurement platforms and tracking evaluation stages and clarifications.
• Communication with contracting authorities regarding clarifications, submissions, and contractual documentation.
• Ensuring timely and correct delivery of commercial offers.
• Maintaining good relationships with clients throughout the project execution.
• Participation in technical visits, bids, travel, and relations with public institutions.
• Participation in technical visits and bid activities.
• Carrying out travels within projects.
• Maintaining relationships with public institutions and contracting authorities.

Candidate profile:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering (Ingenier).
• Good knowledge of electrical network construction.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
• Experience with cost estimation software and preparing bids.
• IT skills: MS Word, Excel, AutoCAD, InterSOFT (or similar).
• Advanced English
• Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and respect for deadlines.
• Ability to work in a team and good communication skills.
