Job description

Technical Bidding Engineer

A company specialized in the field of utility construction is recruiting technical bidding engineers (Execution Schedule)

Full time – Central Office Timisoara

The ideal candidate:

- graduate of technical studies, preferably construction/installations;

- minimum 2 years of experience in the niche of preparing technical bids for public tenders;

- excellent PC skills (Word, Excel, Autocad, Microsoft);

- experience with execution schedule preparation software (InterSoft, Microsoft Project);

- knowledge of construction and installation technologies, namely: water supply, sewerage, roads, treatment/purification plants, as well as their associated installations;

- analytical and synthesis skills;

- communication, negotiation, planning skills and team spirit;

- developed sense of responsibility, positive thinking;

- active, results-oriented person;

- person with a desire to work, dynamic, organized, serious;

Responsibilities:

- analyzing tender documentation and requesting additions/clarifications where necessary;

- preparing technical bids for participation in tenders;

- preparing and verifying technical sheets for participation in tenders;

- preparing requests for clarifications regarding technical sheets, where applicable;

- identifying and maintaining suppliers in the relevant field of activity;

- sending requests for quotation to suppliers and analyzing the received offers;

- preparing the technical proposal according to the contracting authorities' requests (quality plan, Program, Methodology, Schedule etc.), respecting the bid submission deadline;

- completing forms/documents according to the technical specifications;

- prepares and justifies technical responses to clarification requests received from evaluation committees and is responsible for their correctness;

- monitors the public procurement procedure until it is awarded;
