Technical Bid Engineer for Public Tenders

APEX CONSULTING TENDER SRL is a company specialized in public procurement consulting, supporting economic operators throughout the entire process of participating in public tenders.

We prepare technical, financial, and administrative documentation for complex projects in areas such as civil and industrial construction, renewable energy (photovoltaics), gas installations, infrastructure, utilities, and other public investments.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented person eager to work in the field of public procurement, with responsibilities in preparing technical documentation for tenders.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Completed university studies in a technical field (Construction, Installations, Energy, Electrical Engineering, or similar fields);
• Minimum 5 years of experience in one or more of the following fields:
• • construction;
  • photovoltaic systems;
  • natural gas installations;
• Ability to analyze technical documentation (specifications, technical projects, technical data sheets);
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word and Excel);
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills;
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously;
• Clear communication and team spirit;
• English language – intermediate level (an advantage).
  
  What you will do:
• Analyze tender documentation and identify technical requirements;
• Prepare and verify the technical documentation required for bids;
• Request and centralize documents from manufacturers and suppliers;
• Communicate with partners and clients for technical clarifications;
• Collaborate with the legal and financial team for bid submission;
• Participate in preparing bids for projects in the fields of construction, renewable energy, and gas installations.
