Responsibilities:

• • Preparation of technical and commercial offers for prefabricated structures according to clients' requirements;
  • Realization of requested offers by performing specific activities: follow up on won projects in the production phase, collaborating with the production factory, taking into account client requests, company capabilities, and market constraints;
  • Collaboration with Sales Manager and Commercial Director to achieve maximum results from the offering action, providing support and backup to colleagues in the offering team, helping to increase technical skills of colleagues in the team;
  • Tight collaboration with the design and production teams to ensure conformity of the offer with technical requirements and established deadlines;
  • Participation in meetings and discussions with clients to identify their needs and requirements.
• Requirements:
• • Bachelor's degree in construction engineering or similar;
  • Prior experience in offering and designing prefabricated structures is an advantage;
  • Developed engineering spirit (oriented towards numerical applications and good estimator);
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Able to work under pressure and respect deadlines.
