Offering Engineer

Profile and job description:

We are looking for an energetic and organized person to join our team as an Offering Engineer.

To successfully fulfill the responsibilities of an Offering Engineer, we would like the future colleague's profile to meet the following requirements:

• Relevant experience in a similar role (1-2 years);
• Degree from Technical University of Construction; (Faculty of Civil Engineering, Industrial and Agricultural)
• PC operation: MS Office, Autocad;
• Moderate level of English language skills (written and spoken);
• Good communication skills and the ability to quickly identify solutions;
• Rigorousness and attention to details;
• Able to work both individually and in a team;
• Able to respect deadlines;
• Knowledge of Romanian technical legislation and norms (P100, NP068, C56, P118);
• Able to manage multiple activities simultaneously;

Responsibilities:

• Management of contracting – offering construction materials and services for the project/project in which you are active;
• Verify technical documentation / project and quantity lists necessary for construction execution, to request offers from suppliers;
• Transmit technical documentation to suppliers to receive material offers necessary for each stage of execution;
• Perform comparative analyses of received offers, to optimize costs and respect the allocated budget;
• Ensure that approved offers do not exceed the allocated budget;
• Solicit contractors' technical documents and work situations;
• Verify and approve work situations and technical documents provided by contractors;
• Verify work situations, activity reports, process records, and any other technical documentation;
• Obtain approvals for specific area activities;
• Maintenance of a monthly acquisition schedule for the project/project you manage;
• Maintenance of a monthly acquisition schedule for projects in execution;
