Purpose of this job is:

Absolvent studies in technical superior;
Studies of specialization in public acquisitions;
Knowledge of legislation in the field of public acquisitions;
Minimum experience of 3 years on a similar position (preparing tenders and writing offers);
Knowledge of computer program for tenders;

Description of the job

SERVICES AND ATTRIBUTES:

* Monitoring, selection and tracking of opportunities for tenders and related procedures for public acquisitions announced in SEAP;

* Analysis of award documents published within public procurement procedures for projects of interest to the company;

* Verification of eligibility conditions;

* Preparation of tender files (elaboration of qualification documents, technical proposal, financial proposal, requests for clarification, etc.);

* Elaboration and submission of all documents within the agreed timeframe from the job description;

* Writing technical and financial offers and integrating them into a commercial proposal;
