🎓 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction/Installations – mandatory requirement;
• Previous experience in tendering in the construction/installations field – mandatory requirement;
• Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD 2D, Word, Excel;
• Solid knowledge of technology and interpretation of technical specifications;
• Very good communication skills;
• English language – intermediate level;

🛠 Responsibilities

• Analyzing technical documentation for the preparation and organization of work packages for tendering;
• Verifying and correlating technical specifications with quantity lists and drawings;
• Verifying, evaluating, and completing work quantities according to the project;
• Issuing requests for quotations to suppliers and subcontractors and comparing received offers;
• Analyzing technical specifications and qualification documents, including offers from SEAP;
• Visiting sites for the preparation of tenders according to the field situation;
• Preparing technical and financial offers;
• Elaborating the necessary documentation for payment situations (minutes, measurement sheets, technical and quality documents);
• Preparing technical projects for thermal and sanitary installations specialties.
