Tender Engineer – Electrical /Mechanical Installations

We are looking for two Tender Engineers, with experience in preparing technical-economic offers for complex projects, especially within public projects and tender procedures:

• Tender Engineer – Mechanical Installations

We are looking for colleagues with solid experience in tendering, capable of analyzing complex technical documentation, preparing cost estimates, and contributing to the preparation of technical and financial offers.

• Analysis of award documentation, specifications, technical projects, and quantity lists;
• Preparation of technical and financial offers for electrical or mechanical installation works, depending on specialization;
• Preparation of cost estimates, preliminary measurements, and cost calculations in WinDev;
• Verification of quantities and their correlation with plans, technical specifications, and beneficiary requirements;
• Requesting, centralizing, and analyzing price offers from suppliers and subcontractors;
• Identification of optimal technical and economic solutions for the tendered projects;
• Preparation and updating of cost summaries and related offer documentation;
• Participation in the preparation of offers for public tenders, including analysis of technical requirements and clarifications;
• Collaboration with the Technical, Design, Procurement, and Project Management departments throughout the tender process;
• Adherence to submission deadlines and ensuring the accuracy of technical-economic documentation.

• Completed higher technical education, in the field of Electrical, Energy, Installations Engineering, or a relevant field for the position's specialization;
• Relevant experience in tendering/cost estimation for electrical or mechanical installations;
• Work experience in WinDev – mandatory requirement;
• Experience in preparing offers for public projects/tenders;
• Ability to interpret technical projects, plans, schematics, specifications, and quantity lists;
• Solid knowledge of cost estimates, execution costs, materials, equipment, and labor;
• Experience in complex infrastructure projects, public buildings, hospitals, airports, transport, or other multidisciplinary projects is an advantage;
• Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel;
• Very good analytical skills, attention to detail, and organization;
• Ability to simultaneously manage multiple projects and deadlines specific to tender procedures.
