Tendering Engineer for Construction Installations

university studies in Installations / Construction;
minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical installations, including execution, site, or technical coordination;
knowledge of HVAC, sanitary, and thermal installations;
ability to read and interpret technical plans in AutoCAD;
good Excel knowledge;
understanding of the execution process and the correlation of technical solutions with the site situation;
capacity for technical-economic analysis and budget orientation;
organization and adherence to deadlines.

analysis of technical documentation: plans, specifications, and execution details;
interpretation of plans in AutoCAD, without design activity;
preparation of estimates, quantity lists, and cost estimations;
development of technical-economic offers in Excel;
correlation of technical solutions with the budget and beneficiary requirements;
identification of optimal technical and economic solutions;
requesting and analyzing offers from suppliers and subcontractors;
verification of quantities and technical solutions;
technical support for internal teams during the clarification period and occasionally during execution;
participation in technical clarifications with beneficiaries;
monitoring tendering deadlines.
